Moraene Roberts is an anti-poverty campaigner who celebrates the strengths of people in poverty, the things they contribute to society, and the fight they have for each other. She is a mother of three who is proud of her children for overcoming many of the obstacles put in their way by the poverty of their childhood on a rough housing estate in East London. Moraene is part of the National Coordination Team of ATD Fourth World UK.
