Luke Taylor is an environmental scientist who specialises in ecosystem assessments, natural resources management and river basin planning. He has over 10 years experience working in both Australia and the Mekong region with private and government partners on improving river basin management and ecological outcomes.

He is currently Senior Environmental Specialist at the International Centre for Environmental Management (ICEM), Hanoi. Luke holds a Bachelor of Land and Water Science and a Master of Environmental Law, both from the University of Sydney.
