Jenny Li Jie is a Research Assistant at the Centre on Asia and Globalisation.
She has a double Master’s degree in Public Policy from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at the National University of Singapore, and the Graduate School of Public Policy at the University of Tokyo, where she focused on Japan’s political economy and regional economic integration.
Ms Li worked for China’s taxation authority before joining academia, where she gained expertise on policy issues surrounding China’s socio-economic transition.
Her research interests include International Relations in the Asia-Pacific, with a focus on Sino-Japan relations, regional economic integration, China’s development, and China’s approach to the outside world.
