Jacinta Carroll is an advisor in counter-terrorism, international security and defence. She has held senior appointments in the Australian Government, think tanks and the university sector, and holds a range of visiting fellow, advisory and board appointments.

Jacinta was the founding head of the Australian Strategic Policy Institute (ASPI)’s Counter-Terrorism Policy Centre and Senior Research Fellow at The Australian National University (ANU) National Security College.
