Godfrey Baldacchino is Pro Rector (International Development) at the University of Malta, Malta; UNESCO Co-Chair (Island Studies & Sustainability) at the University of Prince Edward Island, Canada; Founding Executive Editor of Island Studies Journal; and President of the International Small Islands Studies Association (ISISA).

He is the author of the upcoming book – Solutions protocols to festering island disputes: ‘Win-win solutions’ for the Diaoyu / Senkaku Islands.
