Dr Daniel Connell is a Research Fellow at the Resources, Environment and Development (RE&D) Program at Crawford School of Public Policy, Australian National University. He works on governance issues relating to trans-boundary rivers and teaches the Masters course Disaster Risk Reduction and Management. Dr Connell coordinates the Masters degree research stream in the RE&D program and is Director, International Education of the UNESCO Chair in Water Economics and Trans-boundary Water Governance at ANU.
