Cornelius Kalenzi is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Korea Policy Center for the Fourth Industrial Revolution within the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology.
Prior to this, Cornelius worked and collaborated with Uganda’s government to initiate and conduct national digitalisation projects including Uganda’s e-government master plan and its national enterprise architecture, among other projects.
